WALTHER Group manufactures folding and collapsible boxes, large containers, pallets, trolleys and containers made of plastic. These are used by well-known companies in the automotive, electronics, food and hygiene industries for the safe and in some cases fully automated transport and storage of products.
The succession was realised through a combination of management buy-out and owner buy-out. We advised the managing director exclusively on the transaction.
