For our head office in Meinerzhagen we are looking for support
You will support our managing directors, partners and advisors in the processing of complex corporate transactions and in financial advisory mandates. Your activities will include the preparation of annual financial statement analyses, company valuations and presentations, conducting market analyses, e.g. to identify and approach suitable buyers and sellers, as well as attending meetings and maintaining independent contact with clients.
We are expecting analytical skills, initiative, reliability and a high level of personal commitment. Ideally, you have completed a business-oriented degree or have at least three years of professional experience in a tax consultancy firm, a bank or an industrial company. You have very good MS Office skills and are confident in using databases and the Internet.
