Prof. Dr. Bamberger has about 30 years of experience both in the field of management consulting and in operational business management through his work as CFO of listed AGs with a family background. He is a member of supervisory, advisory and foundation boards and teaches at the ISM International School of Management, Dortmund, and the European Business School, Oestrich Winkel. In addition, he acts as an executor of wills, advises on the structuring of corporate succession, the sale or purchase of companies and corporate financing.
