Harald Hoika has more than 30 years of experience in industry and consulting practice. He has developed the Polish market for a multinational group in the plastics processing sector, opened a production facility and expanded the market through further acquisitions. He was subsequently responsible for the group as Managing Director in Germany and the US and finally as Cluster Director for three companies in Central and Eastern Europe. At IfW he supports our clients in the purchase and sale of companies as well as in the area of corporate succession. Furthermore, he advises on production optimisation and restructuring of companies as well as on restructuring and turnarounds.
